安装遮板的预埋件
遮板的预埋件有：无声屏障处180*240*10mm钢板，M16U型螺栓及螺母；有声屏障处430*430*10mm钢板，M24地脚螺栓及螺母，φ10钢筋网片；其中M16U型螺栓外露长度为50mm、M24地脚螺栓外露长度为100mm；预埋钢板及钢板外露部分必须进行多元合金共渗+封闭层的防锈处理；螺栓与钢筋焊接牢固，预埋钢板与螺栓之间进行点焊。
The embedded parts of the shield are: 180*240*10mm steel plate, M16U type bolts and nuts at the silent barrier; 430*430*10mm steel plate, M24 anchor bolts and nuts at the noise barrier, and 10 steel mesh; the exposed length of M16U type bolts is 50mm, the exposed length of M24 anchor bolts is 100mm; the exposed part of the embedded steel plate and steel plate must be pluralistic.
