Manufacturing Process of Die and Mould for High-iron Steel
1.首先对原材料进行打磨，抛光等处理待用。
1. First, the raw materials are polished and polished to be used.
2.根据模具的形状选择合适的分层面，并涂上脱模剂。
2. Choose the suitable layered surface according to the shape of the die and coat it with demoulding agent.
3.待脱模剂干燥后涂抹胶衣层。
3. Apply the gel coating after the release agent is dried.
4.在一般环境下，放置48小时即可成型。

预制高铁水泥制品制品的生产需要模具，混凝土，震动平台三者间的配合完成的。用搅拌机将混凝土按适当的比例调好，把高铁钢模具流水槽模具 u型槽模具 电缆槽模具 隔离墩钢模具 护坡砖模具 钢制闸门 螺杆式启闭机 卷扬式启闭机放在平整地面上灌入混凝土，在震动平台上震动30秒左右即可放下。这种预制高铁水泥制品制品生产工艺简单，拆卸方便，生产环境不受限制，在野外也可生产，并且采用高铁水泥制品制品钢模具脱模更快。
The production of prefabricated high-iron cement products needs the cooperation of mould, concrete and vibration platform. The concrete is adjusted in proper proportion by mixer. The high-speed steel mould is put on the flat ground and poured into the concrete. The concrete can be laid down after 30 seconds of vibration on the vibration platform.
