解决淬火冷却特点引起的淬火开裂问题
为解决因模具套筒形状及其淬火冷却特点引起的淬火开裂问题,专门设计了套筒淬火筐具,淬火时采用吊筐具对数个套筒同时进行淬火。淬火过程中,使装有套筒的筐具在水中迅速上下运动,并不时转移其在水中的区域,以获得好的淬火冷却效果。采用这种方式淬火,可消弱套筒外表面的冷却速度并使套筒内表面冷却速度略大于外表面冷却速度,使得外表面组织转变落后于内表面,这样可使套筒内表面应力以压应力状态分布,既可有效防止开裂,又可使内表面硬度增大,满足其工作性能要求。 To solve the problem for the mould sleeve shape and quenching cooling characteristics of quenching crack problem, specially designed for the sleeve quenching basket, quenching when using hanging basket with logarithmic a socket at the same time for quenching.
