1.特种加工: Special processing: 1. 是指切削加工以外的一些新的加工方法。 Refer to some new processing methods of machining. 电规准:脉冲电源提供给电火花成形加工的脉冲宽度、脉冲间隙和峰值电流等一组电参数的选配。 Electric gauge: pulse generator for edm forming of pulse width, pulse interval and peak current of a set of electric parameters, such as matching. 极性效应:在电火花加工过程中,由于正负极性不同而电蚀量不一样的现象叫做极性效应。 Polarity effects: in the process of electrical discharge machining, because of the different amount of positive and negative polarity is different and electric erosion phenomenon called polarity effect.
2.特种加工特点: 2. 3.电火花成形加工的基本原理: 3. The basic principle of electric spark forming processing:
利用在工具和工件(正、负电极)之间产生脉冲性火花放电时的电腐蚀现象来蚀除多余的金属,以达到零件技术要求所规定的尺寸、形状及表面质量。 Using the tool and workpiece (positive and negative electrodes) between pulse spark discharge of electricity to removal in excess metal corrosion phenomenon, parts in order to achieve technical requirements of the size, shape and surface quality. 应满足条件: Shall meet the conditions: ①必须使工具电极和工件被加工表面之间保持一定的间隙,因此在电火花加工中必须具有工具电极的自动进给和调节装置 1) must be kept between tool electrode and workpiece surface processed a certain gap, so must have the tool electrode in edm automatically feed and adjusting device ②火花放电必须是瞬时的脉冲性放电,为此电火花加工必须使用脉冲电源 (2) must be instantaneous pulse discharge, spark discharge for edm pulse power supply must be used ③火花放电必须在有一定绝缘性能的液体介质中进行。 (3) spark discharge must be in a certain insulation performance of the liquid medium.
4.正(负)极性加工概念: 4. The positive (negative) polarity processing concepts: 把工件接脉冲电源正(负)极时的电火花加工称为正(负)极性加工。 Take the artifact pulse power positive (negative) of edm is called positive (negative) polarity processing. 如何选择:在短脉冲精加工时采用正极性加工,而在长脉冲粗加工时则采用负极性加工。 How to choose: during the short pulse finishing using normal polarity processing, and in the long pulse rough machining is the negative polarity processing.
5.影响电火花成形蚀除速率的因素: 5. The factors influencing rate of electric spark forming removal in: 电规准、极性效应、金属材料的热学常数、工作液、排屑条件。 Electric gauge, the polarity effect, thermal constants of metal material, working liquid and chip removal conditions. 影响电火花成形加工精度的因素:机床本身的各种误差、工具电极制造精度、工件和电极的定位及安装误差、放电间隙的大小和一致性、工件电极的损耗及其加工稳定性。 Factors affecting the machining accuracy of electric spark forming: all kinds of error, the tool electrode manufacturing precision machine tool itself, positioning and installation error of workpiece and electrode, the size of the discharge gap and consistency, and machining electrode loss and its stability. |
