(1)锤锻模用钢 (1) steel for forging die 一般说来,锤锻模用钢有两个问题比较突出:一是工作时受冲击负荷作用,故对钢的力学性能要求较高,特别是对塑变抗力及韧性要求较高;二是锤锻模的截面尺寸较大(<400mm),故对钢的淬透性要求较高,以保证整个模具组织和性能均匀。 Generally speaking, there are two problems of hammer forging die steel stand out: one is subjected to impact load at work, therefore, the mechanical properties of the steel demand is higher, especially for plastic deformation resistance and high toughness requirements; It is a large section size (< 400mm), so it is required to harden the steel, so as to ensure that the whole die structure and performance are even. 常用锤锻模用钢有5CrNiMo、5CrMnMo、5CrNiW、5CrNiTi及5CrMnMoSiV等,不同类型的锤锻模应选用不同的材料。对特大型或大型的锤锻模以5CrNiMo为好,也可采用5CrNiTi、5CrNiW或5CrMnMoSi等;对中小型的锤锻模通常选用5CrMnMo钢。 The hammer die is made of 5CrNiMo, 5CrMnMo, 5CrNiW, 5CrNiTi and 5CrMnMoSiV, etc. Different types of hammer should be used in different materials. (2)热挤压模用钢 (2) hot extrusion die steel 热挤压模的工作特点是加载速度较慢,因此,模腔受热温度较高,通常可达500-800℃。对这类钢的使用性能要求应以高的高温强度(即高的回火稳定性)和高的耐热疲劳性能为主,对淬透性的要求可适当放低。一般的热挤压模尺寸较小,常小于70-90mm,其中4CrW2Si既可做冷作模具钢,又可做热作模具钢。由于用途不同,可采用不同的热处理方法。作冷模时,采用较低的淬火温度(870-900℃)及低温或中温回火处理;作热模时,则采用较高的淬火温度(一般为950-1000℃)及高温回火处理。 The working characteristics of hot extrusion die is loading speed is slow, therefore, cavity heated temperature is higher, often up to 500-800 ℃.
